What the tool does
The tool connects to YouTube through Google’s YouTube Data API, using a sign-in granted by the channel owner. It uses that access only to manage videos on The Growth B.O.S.S. channel: reading the channel’s list of uploaded videos and playlists, updating video details such as tags, category, language, and audience settings, and adding videos to the channel’s playlists. The tool is not offered to the public. The only account that signs in to it is the channel owner’s.
What data it accesses
The tool accesses information about The Growth B.O.S.S. channel and its own videos: video titles, descriptions, tags, settings, and playlist information. It does not access data about viewers, subscribers, commenters, or any other YouTube user.
How data is used and stored
Data is used only to perform the updates listed above. The tool does not sell, rent, or share data with anyone, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models. Access tokens are stored in the automation platform that runs the tool (n8n) and are used only to make these requests.
The tool’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
The channel owner can revoke the tool’s access at any time from their Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
